His near 70 years are a living representation of the benefits that Yoga's ethical and physical practical teachings can bring us all. For 44 years his teachings have served humanity through the Yamas and Niyamas--tirelessly teaching humanity vegetarianism, veganism, a live sattvic diet, and kindness to all beings. He continues restore the true meaning of life and yoga as only he can, with no end in sight. He has influenced thousands of the today's teachers. In 1984, Dharma completed the Master Yoga Chart of 908 Postures, as an offering to his Guru. His Maha Sadhana Level I – A Shortcut to Immortality and Level II – Stairway to Bliss DVD set, has been widely acclaimed as a preservation of the main teachings of Yoga. Dharma Mittra, A Friend to All, is a biographical book documenting experiences of his students from the 1970's on.
